Affiliate/Partners handle client relations, marketing, and billing, while licensed medical providers independently handle clinical care.

Do I need medical credentials?

No. You don’t need to be a doctor or nurse. You run the business side; licensed prescribers manage all medical decisions.

What medications are offered?

Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, NAD+, Sermorelin, and Glutathione. With more on the way!

Who prescribes medications?

 Independent, licensed medical groups (not Asher Med) across all 50 states. They carry their own malpractice and clinical responsibility.

Is this legal?

 Yes. Asher Med is a HIPAA-compliant software platform, not a medical practice. Prescribers and pharmacies operate independently. Our model is designed to comply with AKS, Stark, CPOM, and state telehealth laws.

How do you handle video vs. online-only consults?

Most states allow online-only (“asynchronous”) approvals. A few (e.g. Arkansas, Mississippi) require a short video visit for the first approval. The portal auto-detects state rules so you don’t need to track compliance yourself.

What are the costs to join?

$1,997 one-time onboarding + $297/month software subscription.

How do I make money?

You directly bill your clients at rates you determine. Separately, Asher Med charges you

fixed administrative fees and medication costs. Your profit is the difference between what your

clients pay you and your costs from Asher Med. You set your own retail prices (e.g. $300–$600/month or $1,000–$1,500 for 12-week.

Asher Med is strictly a software and marketing platform connecting patients to independent

licensed medical providers. We:

● Do not employ or contract physicians for medical referrals.

● Do not control clinical decisions or influence prescription choices.

● Do not compensate providers based on referral volume or patient outcomes.

Our medical providers charge a flat consultation fee ($30 for a 3-month clearance, $20 for a

1-month clearance), independent of patient volume or outcomes, ensuring full compliance.

Does Asher Med directly provide medical services or employ medical personnel?

No. Asher Med is not a medical provider and does not employ any medical personnel. We

provide a software platform connecting your clients directly with independent, licensed medical

providers in all 50 states who handle all clinical responsibilities independently from Asher Med.
